Your registration is NOT complete until you submit the form below. This form will be used to cross check our members list (that we receive from the NEA), and find out more about what you would like to see our organization do.
Complete and submit the following form AFTER you completed Step 1.
Step One // Enroll with the NATIONAL EDUCATION ASSOCIATION - STUDENT PROGRAM (NEA-SP) and the HAWAI'I STATE TEACHER ASSOCIATION (HSTA).

Enrollment Instructions:

First go to https://ims.nea.org/JoinNea/

When selecting your membership type, select the option for "Student Membership"

Click on the state where you are attending school (Click on the image of the Hawaiian Islands)

Enroll in the Membership Year September 01, 2016 - August 31, 2017, Click "Continue >>"

Order Info page should state Student Membership Dues With Educators Employment Liability Coverage September 01, 2015 to August 31, 2016

Input your payment information, Click "Authorize Transaction"

Now it should state "Your Transaction was approved!", click "View Receipt"

"Print" for your records, and then click "Close" to end
The Student National Education Association at the University of Hawai`i West O`ahu (SNEA UHWO) does NOT charge a membership fee. However, members must pay national and state dues to receive full National Education Association (NEA) and Hawaii State Teachers Association (HSTA) benefits, including classroom insurance.
Breakdown of Membership Dues:
National Dues (NEA): $15.00
State Dues (HSTA): $10.00
Chapter Dues (SNEA UHWO): $0.00
Total Dues: $25.00
